柞蚕核型多角体病毒宿主载体表达系统的研究现状及展望 被引量:1

摘要 对构建柞蚕蛹-柞蚕核型多角体病毒(Antheraea pernyi nucleopolyhedrovirus,ApNPV)宿主载体表达系统及利用其生产有用外源基因产物的基本原理、研究进展和应用前景进行了论述。指出该系统为真核生物表达系统,与大肠杆菌等原核生物和其他昆虫杆状病毒表达系统相比,在表达出的目的基因产物特性、经济效益和产业化生产等方面均具有明显的优越性,应用前景广阔。 This paper discussed how to construct the host vector expression system of Chinese oak silkworm pupa/ApNPV and the basic principle, research advance, application prospect by which used to produce useful exogenous products, It was Eukaryotes expression system, comparing with prokaryotes expression system such as E.coli and other baculovirus expression systems, the ex- pressed target products characteristics and economic profit and industrial production were superior. This expression system has extensive appliance and wide foreground.
