苗期弱光胁迫对番茄生长和叶绿素含量的影响及其恢复效应 被引量:13

摘要 以耐弱光较强的普通栽培型番茄品系W(L.esculentum Mill)为试材,采用不同弱光(325.5~448μmol.m-2.s-1)胁迫天数及恢复天数处理,测定苗期番茄的株高、茎粗、叶面积、各器官的干重含量、根系活力及叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明:经弱光胁迫5d以上,番茄的株高和叶面积增大,茎粗、植株干重、根系活力和叶绿素含量降低;无论弱光胁迫天数多长,转入恢复的初期植株株高、叶面积、茎粗、植株干重等的增长率均下降,而弱光胁迫5d和10d处理经恢复时间延长这些指标均有所恢复;但弱光胁迫10d以上处理各项指标均不能恢复至对照水平。短期弱光胁迫下,苗期番茄通过代偿性生长可以恢复至对照水平。 One tomato strain W (L.esculentum Mill) with low light tolerance was taken as experimental material. Under different days of low light stress (325.5~448 μmol·m^-2·s^-1) and recovery, the changes of tomato height, stem diameter, leaf area, dry weight of different organ, root vigor and chlorophyll content were determined. The plant height and leaf area increased and stem diame- ter, dry weight, root vigor and chlorophyll content decreased after 5 days' low light stress. The plant height, leaf area, stem di- ameter, dry weight and so on all returned to normal, with recovery time increase in 5 days' and 10 days' low light stress treatments. But more than 10 days' stress couldn't return. Seedling tomato could return to normal after short-term low light stress through compensation growth.
