以开放式气路,采用CIRAS-1型便携式光合系统测定凯特杏(Prunus Linn.Katy)和金太阳杏(Prunus Linn.Sungold)光合特性,结果表明:凯特杏叶片净光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线为单峰型,金太阳杏叶片Pn日变化曲线为双峰型。凯特杏与金太阳杏的光合能力(Pc)分别为(14.1±0.8)μmol.m-2.s-1和(11.7±0.7)μmol.m-2.s-1、羧化效率(CE)分别为(0.0637±0.001)和(0.0574±0.002)、表观量子效率(AQY)分别为(0.0263±0.003)和(0.0239±0.001)、饱合光强(SL)分别为(1610±115)μmol.m-2.s-1和(1337±30)μmol.m-2.s-1、光补偿点(LCP)分别为(39±2)μmol.m-2.s-1和(52±6)μmol.m-2.s-1、CO2补偿点(CCP)分别为(133±14)μmol.m-2.s-1和(150±8)μmol.m-2.s-1。凯特杏与金太阳杏属于喜光品种,但凯特杏的光合能力强于金太阳杏。
The photosynthetic characteristics of Katy and Sungold were studied primarily by the openstyle exchange of gases CIRAS-1 portable photosynthesis system. The results indicated that the diurnal changing curve of photosynthesis of Katy was single peak, while that of Sungold was double peaks. The photosythetie eompaeity of Katy and Sungold were (14.1±0.8)μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and (ll.7±0.7)μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the arboxylation efficiency were (0.0637±0.001) and (0.0574±0.002), the apparent quantum yield were (0.0263±0.003) and (0.0239±0.001), the light saturation point were (1610±ll5)μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and (1337±30)μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the light compensation point were (39±2)μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and (52±6)μmol·m^-2·s^-1, the CO2 compensation ponit were (133±14)μmol·m^-2·s^-1 and (150±8)μmol·m^-2·s^-1, which indicated that Katy had higher photosynthetic capacity (Pc) compared with Sungold. Katy and Sungold belonged to the linght variety, but Katy had higher photosynthetic capacity compared with Sungold.
