烯效唑(S_(3307))浸球对盆栽东方百合生长发育和植物激素含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为探讨S3307对盆栽东方百合生长发育影响的生理基础,筛选出适宜的S3307使用浓度,以东方百合"凝视星空"和"威利克阿伯蒂"为试材,以不同S3307浓度处理种球,调查S3307处理对东方百合营养生长和生殖生长的影响,并用ELISA法测定百合初现蕾时幼叶中植物激素的含量。结果表明:S3307处理可使东方百合的出苗时间推迟,抑制株高和冠幅增加,随处理浓度的增大,抑制作用增强;使叶片加宽、叶色加深;使现蕾、透色、初花期提前,对花朵寿命无影响;使叶片中IAA和GA3含量下降,ZR和ABA含量上升。S3307处理可使百合株型紧凑,花期提前,处理浓度以30mg.L-1为最佳。叶片中GA3和IAA含量下降,是地上部伸长生长受抑的主要原因;ZR增加I、AA/ZR和GA3/ZR比值下降是促进地上部叶片加宽生长、冠幅受抑的原因。 This research aimed to select a proper concentration of S3307 for the pot cultivation of eastern lily. Two Oriental Lily cultivars(Star Gazer and Willeke Alberti)had been used as material. And four concentrations had been designed to determine the hormone content of new leaves by ELISA while the bud of lily come out. $3~ could put off the germination of eastern lily, in- hibited plant height and extent. With increase of treated concentrations, the inhibition also enhanced, This made the leaf broader, the leaf color deeper, buds coming out earlier, and had no influence on flower life. The content of IAA and GA3 decreased while the ZR and IAA increased in leaves. S3307 made the extent of lily compact, and blossom earlier. The best treatment concentration was 30mg·L-^-1. The decreases of GA3 and IAA contents were the main reasons of inhibition in shoot elongation growth. And the leaf broader and inhibition in plant extent because of the content of ZR increased and the IAA/ZR, GA3/ZR decreased.
