浸种对提高兰引Ⅲ号结缕草种子发芽的影响 被引量:26

摘要 探讨了发芽促进物赤霉素、硫脲、硝酸钾等溶液或清水浸种,光照及种子去壳等处理对兰引Ⅲ号种子发芽的影响。并测定了水浸对清除空壳种子的作用。结果表明:在促进种子萌发和破除休眠方面,清水浸种可达到与发芽促进物的等效作用。水浸12或24h可显著(P≤0.05)提高发芽势12%~16%,提高发芽率10%~13%;可显著降低休眠率10%~12%;水浸较未水浸种子比达最大发芽率所用时间早1周左右。另外,水浸可有效地去除空壳种子,其准确率达98%。在20~35℃变温条件下,光照对破除休眠无影响。去壳虽可提高种子发芽势,但对发芽和休眠无影响。分析了影响兰引Ⅲ号结缕草种子的休眠原因。 In this study examined were the effects of some treatments in improving seed germination of Zoysia japonica cv. Lanyin No.Ⅲ, including seed soaking with germination promoter solutions or water only, dehulling and exposure to light. The effect of water soaking in removing empty glumes was also studied. The promoter solutions used were GA 3 (20~100 mg/l), Thiourea ( 0.10% ~0.25%) and potassium nitrate (2%), but they did not show any obvious advantage over the treatment using water only. Similar results were obtained in water soaking: 12~24 hours of soaking increased germination rate by 10%~13% and reduced dormancy by 10%~12% (P≤0.05). The time took by soaked seeds for reaching their highest germination percentage was one week shorter than those without soaking. Up to 98% of empty glumes in seed sample were removed by water soaking for 24 hours. Light exposure had no effect on breaking seed dormancy under the test condition of 20~35 ℃. Dehulling markedly increased germination speed but did not affect germination percentage and dormant seeds. Based on the experiment results, the causes of seed dormancy of Lanyin No.Ⅲ were also discussed.
