摘要
研究Cu2+胁迫对苘麻(Abutilon theophrasti)抗氧化酶系及根尖细胞超微结构的影响。通过室内盆栽试验,测定苘麻在不同浓度Cu2+胁迫下抗氧化酶活性的变化,并采用透射电镜观察对苘麻根尖细胞超微结构的影响。结果表明:随Cu2+胁迫浓度的增加,苘麻根、茎、叶中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性呈上升趋势,Cu2+胁迫导致根尖细胞超微结构破坏严重。Cu2+胁迫可增加苘麻抗氧化酶活性并严重破坏根尖细胞的超微结构。
Effect of Cu^2+ stress on the antioxidant enzyme's systems and ultrastructural of root tip cells of Abutilon theophrasti were studied. Base on pot cultivation experiment in green-house, the activities of antioxidant enzyme's systems were determined, and ultrastructure in the root tip cells of Abutilon theophrasti was observed under the condition of different Cuz+ stress. The re- sults indicated that the activities of SOD and POD increased with the rise of stress concentration in the roots, stems and leaves, and ultrastructure of root tip cells was damaged seriously. It could increase the activities of antioxidant enzymes and seriously damaged the ultrastructure of root tip cells of Abutilon theophrasti with Cu^2+ stress.
