摘要
采用绿秸灵、酵素菌、石灰水、速腐剂在相同的条件下对玉米秸秆进行预处理,预处理后的原料进行干发酵制取沼气。试验结果表明:经酵素菌预处理后的原料沼气产量最高(38960.7mL),其产气率为455.7mL·g-1,纤维素的降解效果最好,纤维素降解率为56.9%,其次为绿秸灵、速腐剂、石灰水。为玉米秸秆制取沼气技术应用于工程中提供了系统的理论依据。
In the experiment, biogas from dry fermented corn stalk which pretreated by green straw spirit, enzyme fungus, limewater and fast spoiled medicinal preparation in the same condition was made. The results showed that the biogas yield and the cellulose degradation was the highest when the corn stalk was pretreated by the enzyme fungus. And the biogas yield was 455.7 mL·g^-1, the cellulose degradation was 56.9%. The experimental results systematically provided a theory foundation for the biogas making technology from corn stalk used into the engineering project.
