裙带菜褐藻酸钠的提取及部分理化性质研究

Study on Extraction and Properies of Sodium Alginate from Undaria pinnatifida

本研究对以裙带菜为原材料的褐藻酸钠的最优提取方法进行了筛选和鉴定。结果表明裙带菜褐藻酸钠的最佳的提取条件为:提取溶液1%Na2CO3,提取温度60℃,提取时间1h;漂白剂溶液NaClO,漂白剂用量20mL,漂白剂体积分数15%,漂白时间20min。经提取、漂白后的产品的理化性质鉴定结果,其特性粘度为80mPa·s熏pH为7.86,含有硫酸基。

Used Undaria pinnatifida as material, Sodium alginate was extracted and bleached. The result showed that the optionum extraction condition was as follows：1% Na2CO3 extraction solution,60℃ extraction temperature, 1 h extraction time; bleach condition was： NaCIO bleach solution, 20 mL bleach volume, 15% bleach concentration, 20 min bleach time：. Some properies was studied at the same time： inherent viscocity 80 mPa.s, pH 7.86, and the reaction of sulfate positive.
