摘要
本文在对清代河湟地区自然灾害种类剖析的基础上,就灾害发生的特点进行了探讨,为我们以后的防灾、救灾工作提供启示和借鉴。
This article analyses the kinds of natural disasters, and put forward to the characters of natural disasters . It will provide to us some enlightments and wardings in the future.
