摘要
人力资源开发具有与其他社会活动不同的特点和功能,对其进行分析和研究,有助于人们确立"人力资源是第一资源"的理念,帮助人们树立起"以人为本"的科学发展观。文章围绕人力资源开发的特点和功能进行了探讨。
To analyse and study the human resource development can help people to set up the conception that human resource is the first one and the science development view about humanist. Because the human resource development has his own features and functions. In this article, the author analyzes the features and functions of human resource development.
