磷酸化STAT3和磷酸化ERK1/2在皮脂腺癌中的过度表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解磷酸化细胞信号传导与转录活化因子3(STAT3)及磷酸化细胞外信号调节激酶(ERK1/2)蛋白在皮脂腺癌中表达的意义。方法:采用免疫组化ABC的方法检测了磷酸化STAT3和磷酸化ERK1/2蛋白在17例皮脂腺癌和20例皮脂腺瘤包埋切片中的表达。结果:在17例皮脂腺癌包埋切片中有14例p-STAT3表达阳性,13例p-ERK1/2表达阳性,而在20例皮脂腺瘤中有2例p-STAT3表达阳性,3例p-ERK1/2表达阳性;p-STAT3和p-ERK1/2在皮脂腺癌中的阳性表达明显高于它们在皮脂腺瘤中的阳性表达(均为P<0.01)。结论:p-STAT3和p-ERK1/2在皮脂腺癌的肿瘤形成机制中起重要作用。 Objective: To investigate the expression of phosphorylated signal tranducers and activators of transcription (p-STAT3) and phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase (p-ERK 1 / 2) in sebaceous carcinoma. Methods: By immunohistochemistry ABC staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections of human sebaceous carcinoma (n= 17) and human sebaceous adenoma (n=20), the expression of p-STAT3 and p- ERK1/2 was examined. Results: While the expressions of p-STAT3 were positive in 14 of 17 sebaceous carcinoma samples, only 2 out of 20 were found to be positive in sebaceous adenoma. On the contrary, p-ERK1/2 was positively expressed in 13 out of 17 cases of the sebaceous carcinoma sample, but only three cases showed the positive results in the sample of sebaceous adenoma. Conclusion: The evidence provided in this study suggests that the overexpressions of p-STAT3 and p-ERK1/2 play an important role in the oncogenesis of sebaceous carcinoma.
