摘要
利用"磁整理-梯级反应混凝-生物炭处理"组合技术深度处理碱法木浆制浆造纸综合废水。处理规模为1000m3/d的中型试验结果表明,在进水CODCr为300mg/L、色度200倍的条件下,出水CODCr可达60mg/L、色度为10倍;该系统对CODCr及色度的去除率分别为80%和95%。
Advanced treatment of the wood based alkaline pulping and papermaking wastewater by using the combined "magnetic treatmentgradient reactive coagulation-immobilized microorganism" technology was introduced. The results of pilot experiments with scale of 1000m^3/d showed that this process can efficiently achieve the advanced treatment of the pulping and papermaking wastewater. When CODcr is bout 300mg/L, the colority is about 200 times in the inlet water; the CODcr and colority decrease to about 60mg/L and 10 times respectively in the outlet water. The removal rates of CODcr and colority are up to 80%, 95% respectively. The disposal cost is about RMB 0.70/m^3.
