摘要
通过采用变频恒真空和安装网毯传感器对脱水进行控制,实现纸机真空脱水系统的节能控制。
Overcapacity of a vacuum pump is normally designed in the wet end of the paper machine in order to improve the dryness of the wet web; it will consume more energy than the real requirement and waste more energy. This paper suggests to apply inverter constant vacuum control and felt sensors to control dewatering, therefore to realize enhanced dewatering efficiency and energy saving purpose.
