摘要
从“住改商”的动因出发,对城市规划的功能分区主义进行了检讨和分析,“住改商”是国内城市规划在功能布局上强调功能分化,忽视了市民消费需求的产物,它的出现造成了城市住宅功能的非稳定性。未来城市的功能布局,不能单纯强调功能的绝对分区,而要重视功能混合主义,并强调土地和建筑功能的相容性,满足城市多样性的内在需求。
By tracking the backgrounds of Residential Building Mixed with Commercial Uses(RBMCU)and its driving force,we review the function-differentiation theory of urban planning.The function distribution of our urban planning often emphasizes the function differentiation in excess and neglects the consumption demand of the citizens,which often causes the non-stability of the residential building and finally caused the appearance of RBMCU.
