医药购销领域商业贿赂的成因与防范

In the field of medical purchase-and-sale,the social harmfulness of commercial bribery is very serious.The reasons include：the monopoly form of operation in the medical service trade,the mode of operating drug to support medical organization,the lack of strict supervision of related administrative department and the imperfection of relevant laws.The methods solving above problems are：to take reform measure of public hospitals＇ porperty differentiation to build a justic and effective competitive structure of medical market,to change the mode of operating drugs to the mode of operating hospitals＇ intangible assets under the knowledge economy time, to perfect the supervision mechanism, to perfect and unify the legal system about commercial bribery.
