摘要
本文利用国家统计局和中国社会科学院的调查数据,分析影响我国职工工资收入的因素。研究发现,劳动者受教育年限、工作经验、所处的地理区域、所在的行业和部门,以及性别等因素对工资都有显著的影响。相对于中西部地区,东部地区的教育回报率更高,但工作经验的回报率稍低一些。继续推动市场化改革不仅有利于提高居民的工资收入,也有利于缩小收入差距。
This paper,using the data from NBSC and CASS,analyzes the factors determining staff and workers' salaries.As the paper shows,factors such as education,experience,location,industry or sector,gender can all significantly influence salary.Compared with middle and west regions,returns to education is higher in east regions,but returns to experience is lower in east regions.To promote the market-oriented reform further is not only benefit for improving the overall income,but also helpful to narrow the income disparity.
