摘要
运用博弈论对企业合作行为的形成机理和实施条件进行了深刻的刨析,认为重复博弈激励企业合作,企业合作是合作企业集体理性的结果。合作整体利益大于其每个成员单独经营时的收益之和;大量的重复博弈;高效的合作保障机制,高昂的单边背叛行为成本和有效的信息沟通,企业间的信息不对称性较小是企业合作成功的必备条件。
This paper analyzes the forming mechanism and implementing conditions of enterprise cooperative behavior in game theory.It put forward repeated games prompt enterprise cooperation and enterprise cooperation is the result of cooperative enterprises collective rationality.It is one of the necessary conditions of enterprise cooperation success that the wholly cooperative benefit is more than the sum of benefit that every member operates solely.An amount of repeated games,efficient cooperation ensuring mechanism,high unilateral betrayal costs, efficient information communication and small asymmetry information are also necessary success conditions.
