慢性前列腺炎对精液质量的影响

Effect of inflammation on seminal parameters in patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome

目的探讨慢性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CP/CPPS)对男性精液密度、存活率以及形态方面的影响。方法检测123例Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者(其中ⅢA型61例,ⅢB型62例)及55例正常男性的精液参数,比较慢性前列腺炎患者与对照组的精液参数的差别。结果精子密度、正常形态精子百分率CP/CPPS组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),在NIHⅢA和NIHⅢB组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。精子存活率、直线运动精子活率在对照组和CP/CPPS以及NIHⅢA和NIHⅢB组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢性前列腺炎影响患者精子密度、正常形态精子百分率。

Objective To investigate the effect of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome（CP/CPPS） on the seminal parameters such as sperm concentration,normal sperm morphology, vitality and progressive motility. Methods One hundred and twenty-three patients with definitely diagnosed CP/CPPS（ Ⅲ A type 61 cases, Ⅲ B type 62 cases） were undergone seminal parameter test and 55 patients were used as control. Results Progressive motility and vitality had no statistical difference between both groups （P〉0.05）, NIHⅢ A and NIH Ⅲ B. However, in the patient＇s group the sperm concentration and normal sperm morphology （P〈 0.05） were significantly lower as compared with the control. Conclusion The data presented in this study reveal that sperm concentration and normal sperm morphology are significantly compromised in patients with chronic prostatitis, no matter if this disease is inflammatory （NIH Ⅲ A） or non-inflammatory （NIH Ⅲ B）.
