摘要
本文是在河北地院与华北油田的合作项目“石油地质科技成果综合评价”的基础上整理而成，该项目曾获河北省科技进步三等奖。文章系统介绍了模糊、灰色物元分析法的应用，把成果评价的理论与方法进一步完善，该系统的建立，不仅对成果评价，而且对业绩考核、企业升级、招标决策等方面均可借鉴。
Based on the cooperative project of 'Comprehensive Evaluation on ScientificAchievements of Petroleum Geological Prospecting' between He Bet Geological Exploration institute and Hua Bet Oil Field, the author wrote this paper. This project won the Class Three Scientific Potential Prize from the government of He Bet Province. The application of fuzzy, gray element ? analyzing method is introduced in the article, so as to further complete and perfect theachievement evaluation theory and method. The establishment of the evaluation system shall notonly provide the base for achievement evaluation, but also for the check of working result, promotion of enterprise and bidding decision, ect.
