Based on AT89C51 micro - controller, this paper describes the design of hardware and software of multi - parameter measurement instrument of DC remote reserve power supply module of PAS cell station. This measurement instrument can precisely collect parameters of Input and Output voltages and currents of DC remote reserve power supply module, and calculate its power and efficiency. This system can also describe and draw pictures of every parameter, and save and print the measurement data by communicating with the computer.
