摘要
文章应用全国第一轮地质矿产资源经济区划研究成果，结合新疆的实际考察，进行了若干理论思考，并对新疆矿产资源开发利用和区域经济发展问题，提出了五个方面的十二点建议和意见。
Based on the achievements gained from the first run of research on geology and mineral resource and combined with the survey on spot in Xin Jiang province, several theatrical considerations made by the author are given in the article and twelve pieces of suggestions and comments on five aspects for the development and utilization of mineral resource as well as local e- conomical development in Xin Jinag province are put forward.
