From the generalized Khatri- Rao product given by n times muhinomial of （x, y）,f（x,y） =n∑i,j=0aijx^iy^jthe dispersal of characteristic value off（ A, B） =n∑i,j=0aijA^i◇B^j,was obtained, by which some known resuits can be extended.
