文章介绍了辽宁省地矿局改为地矿厅进入省政府序列二年来如何深入贯彻实施矿产资源法，认真履行地矿行政管理的四项职能，全面推进地矿行政管理工作，促进地方矿业经齐发展的做法、体会，并对如何全面推进地矿行政工作提出了建设性意见。

Two years ago, the Geology and Mineral Resource Bureau of Liao NingProvince was changed into Geology and Mineral Resource Department under Liao Ning provincialgovernment. The article introduces how this Department thereafter has implemented "Laws forMineral Exploration Industry" to perform the four functions of administrative management; topush forward the management work; to promote the local economic development of mineral industry. In addition, their experiences and constructive comments on how to promote the administrative management are also given in the article.
