摘要 利用反射式阳极产生K荧光的装置,用Ag作为次级靶进行测量,得出不同电压下的K荧光光子数与管电压之间的关系,拟合出K荧光辐射强度的公式. The relationship between K-fluorescent photons and tube voltage is studied by using the reflection anode tube devices in Ag secondary target. A new K-fluorescent X-ray radiation intensity formula is refined.
