摘要
在介绍现行停车配建指标实施情况的基础上,提出了广州市停车配建指标修订采取的区域差别化、分类别停车供应、加强居住区停车设施、建设一体化交通系统等基本思路,以及建议的停车配建指标的主要成果。停车配建指标的实施将有力促进新形势下广州市停车设施的建设,增加停车位的有效供应。
Through a review of the implementation of on-site parking requirements in Guangzhou, this paper presents some principles for parking requirements, including district distinction, classified parking supply, resident parking space enhancement, integrative transportation system. The implementation of the parking requirement will greatly promote the parking facility construction in Guangzhou, and increase the effective parking space supply.
