阐述温度传感器动态特性研究现状,包括它的概念、动态标定方法、建立动态数学模型的方法和提高动态特性的方法,并分析了温度传感器动态特性研究中存在的主要问题。
The paper described the dynamic characteristics of temperature sensors including con- cept, dynamic calibration, building dynamic mathematic models and improving dynamic speciality. It also analyzed problems in studying dynamic characteristics of temperature sensors.
