某钢吊车梁的结构验算分析

Checking and analysis of one steel crane girder structure

结合某炼钢厂工程实际情况,对吊车梁的外观进行了现场检测,对吊车梁吊车改变后的荷载进行了结构验算分析,得出吊车梁的承载力、局部稳定和变形都不能满足新吊车荷载要求,需对该吊车梁进行加固处理。

Combined with practical work in one steel plant, appearance quality of steel crane girder is inspected. In view of the change of crane girder structure checking calculation of load is made. Results show present bearing capacity, local stability and deformation can not meet the renovation requirement, which needs reinforcement treatment.
