通过对某教学楼墙体裂缝的鉴定分析,提出了造成墙体裂缝的地质原因和外在原因,并给出了基于沉降控制的防沉锚杆基础托换加固方案,经观测,该方案是合理可行的。

Through analyzing cracks in a teaching building wall cracks, it brings forward the geological and outer reasons which cause wall cracks, and gives a reinforcing plan based on sinking control anti-anchor base shift. The observationshows, this plan is rational and feasible.
