摘要
分析了国内外建筑安全和经济损失的现状,阐述了建设项目安全成本研究存在的问题,对建设项目安全成本进行了定义与分类,给出了建设项目安全成本由保证性安全成本和损失性安全成本两部分组成.建立了建设项目安全成本的指标体系,分析了保证性安全成本、损失性安全成本及安全总成本随着安全保证度的变化规律,提出了建设项目安全保证度的概念,进而构建了建设项目安全成本率分析模型.通过该模型来寻求在一定的安全保证度范围内的最优安全成本,旨在使建设项目施工现场的安全状况有所改善,降低安全事故的发生频率、减少人员伤亡、提高建筑产品的工程质量.
After analyzing the construction safety and its internal and external loss, this paper presented the problems of construction safety. This paper has classified and defined the cost in safety of the construction project. The safety cost is made up of guarantee-purpose safety cost and the cost of safety failure. The guarantee-purpose safety cost , the cost of safety failure and the total cost in safety as the change law of the guaranteed safety level in the article have also heen analysed. The paper has also set up an analytical model, so as to seek the optimum safe cost in certain guaranteed safety level , thus improving the security state of the construction project to some extent,and reducing the frequency of safety accident, reducing casualties as well as, improve the quantity of the building products.
