热型连铸CuAlMn合金丝的冷加工性能

Cold Workability of CuAlMn Alloy Wires Prepared by Heated Mold Continuous Casting Process

摘要 用热型连铸法制备了柱状晶CuAlMn合金丝,经800℃固溶处理,不同温度退火后做冷轧试验,研究其在单一β相下的冷加工性能。冷轧结果表明,250℃退火的冷加工性能最优,而400℃退火由于发生贝氏体转变,冷加工性能急剧下降。细化晶粒可较大地提高冷加工性能。拉伸结果表明合金退火后有较好的超弹性,伸长率与冷加工性能的变化一致。 CuAlMn alloy wires with columnar crystals were prepared by heated mold continuous casting process and solution-treated at 800 ℃followed by annealing at different temperatures and subsequent cold rolling, and the cold workability was studied in single β phase. The cold rolling results show that best workability is obtained after annealing at 250 ℃, whereas the cold workability decreases sharply after annealing at 400 ℃ due to the bainite transformation. Grain refining improves workability considerably, Tensile tests indicate that the alloy possesses good superelasticity after annealing, Elongation of the alloy is in accordance with change of the cold workability.
