摘要 为了模拟铸件凝固过程的热应力场,开发了基于华铸CAE(FDM)和ANSYS(FEM)联合的铸件凝固过程热应力场数值模拟集成系统,并计算了应力框试件的应力和位移。应力框的变形模拟与公认结果符合较好,实现了FDM/FEM联合进行铸件凝固过程的热应力数值模拟,为进一步模拟分析热应力和进行热裂预测奠定了一定的基础。 In order to simulate the stress fields of casting during solidification process, a numerical integration system based on Inte/CAST(FDM) and ANSYS(FEM) for temperature and stress fields during solidification processes is developed, The thermal stress fields during solidification were simulated, and calculated the test specimens'stress and strain, the results of deformation has good agreement with generally accepted rules, The numerical simulation of temperature and stress during' solidification process is realized using the FDM/FEM, This investigation lays a foundation for the further simulating thermal stress fields and predicting the occurrence of hot crack.
