本文就国有老工业企业在基建和技改管理过程中存在的一些问题,从项目前期的准备阶段、工程建设的实施阶段和建筑文件资料归档等几方面提出建议。

By analyzing the problems that exist in the technical reform and management of construction of some old nationalized enterprises,the author provides some practical and effective suggestions.This article contains three parts： the preparation of a project in its early stage,the construction process and the filing of related information and documents.
