摘要
在溶剂热条件下,利用硝酸镍、邻二氮菲和邻苯二甲酸反应,合成了一种新的三维超分子化合物[Ni(C12H8N2)(C8H4O4)(H2O)].H2O,对其进行了元素分析、差热-热重分析、红外光谱表征和X射线单晶衍射测定.晶体属正交晶系,Pbcm空间群,a=1.1648(2)nm,b=1.1162(3)nm,c=1.4059(6)nm;Z=4,V=1.8250(8)nm3,Mr=439.10,F(000)=908,Dc=1.5982 mg/m3,μ(MoKα)=1.108 mm-1,R1=0.0298,WR2=0.0749.Ni原子为五配位,呈畸变四方锥构型,通过邻苯二甲酸根的桥联作用形成了一维螺旋链状结构,相邻链之间依靠氢键和芳环堆积作用形成三维的超分子网络.
A 3D supramolecular compound [Ni(C12H8N2 ) (C8H4O4) (H2O)]·H2O was syntheized by the solvotherreal reaction of phenanthroline and phthalate with nickel( Ⅱ ) nitrate. Elemental analysis, TG - DTA technique, IR spectrum and X - ray crystal structure method were adopted to determine the composition and crystal structure of the complex, which, shows it belongs to orthorhombie system with space group Pbem, a = 1.164 8(2) nm,b = 1.116 2(3) nm, c=1.405 9(6) nm;Z=4, V= 1.825 0(9) nm 3 Mr=439.10, F(000) =908, Dc= 1.598 2 mg/m^3,μ = 1.108 mm^-1 . R = 0.029 8, WR = 0.074 9.The nickel( Ⅱ ) ion is five - coordinated in a distorted square pyramid. The complex formed 1D chain bridged by phthalate and 3D network structure via hydrogen bond and π - π stacking interaction between adjoining chains.
