摘要
汽轮机转子的温度场很难通过实际测量的方法得出,应用有限元理论对300MW汽轮机调节级冷启动过程中温度数值模拟,并通过计算得出启动过程中主要阶段的温度场分布图,为机组的优化启动提供参考。
The distribution of temperature for turbine rotor can hardly be obtained by actually measurement means. The paper uses the theory of finite element to simulate the distribution of temperature for governing stage of 300MW steam turbine under cold start-up operating conditions, and gets the simulation results through calculating. The distribution of temperature fields provides some reference to optimize the start of the unit.
