摘要
采用COD快速测定仪的消解管螺旋口瓶盖密封消解-便携式紫外分光光度计,建立了水体总氮的分析方法。实验中采用正交试验方案,对消解时间、消解温度、K2S2O8用量、NaOH用量等实验影响因素进行确定(消解温度=120℃,消解时间=20 min,K2S2O8(5%)=6 mL,NaOH(8%)=3 mL)。根据确定的实验因素得出测定范围,并对试样进行测定与标准法对比。结果表明:该方法的精密度及准确度均能达到要求,对水样的测定与标准方法对比具有很高的准确度。
In this paper,the COD Instrument was used to digeste the total nitrogen (TN) in the water and wastewater,and the Method of analysis was built. The orthogonal experiment plan was used to determine the factors of the digested time and temperature,the K2S2Os amount,the NaOH amount (the digested temperature = 120℃ ,time = 20min,K2S2O8(5% ) = 6mL and NaOH(8% ) = 3mL). And the best range of determination is confirmed. The comparison of the method and the national standard is done. The results show that the precision and accuracy of the method are well and can meet the quality control requirement.
