摘要 目的:研究对叶大戟(Euphorbia sororia)的化学成分。方法:采用95%乙醇提取,硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及C18 柱等层析方法分离纯化,通过理化常数和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从对叶大戟乙醇提取物的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位中分离得到15个化合物,其结构分别被鉴定为:kaempferol 3-0-(2^”-0-E-p-coumaroyl)-β—glucopyranoside(1),kaempfer-ol 3-0-(6^”-0-E-p-coumaroyl)-β—glucopyranoside(2),apigenin 7-0-(3^”0-E—coumaroyl)-β—glucopyranoside(3),山柰酚3-0-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(kaempferol 3-O-β-D—galactopyranoside,4),麦黄酮(triein,5),槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(quercetin 3-O-β-D—glucopyranoside,6),槲皮素3-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷(quercetin 3-O-β-D—galactopyranoside,7),7a.羟基谷甾醇(7α—hydmsitosterol,8),(22E,24R)-24-methyl-5α—cholesta-7,22-diene-3β,5,6β-triol(9),β-吲哚酸(β-indole carboxylie acid,10),胸腺嘧啶(thymine,11),腺苷(adenosine,12),尿嘧啶(uracil,13),尿苷(uridine,14)和丁香苷(syringin,15)。结论:化合物1-15均为首次从该植物中分得。 Aim: To investigate the chemical constituents of the aerial parts of Euphorbia sororia. Methods: Chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and C18 column chromatographic method. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of the physiochemical characteristics and the spectral data. Results: Fifteen compounds from ethyl acetate-extracts and n-butanol-extracts were isolated and identified as kaempferol 3-0-(2^”- O-E- p- coumaroyl)-fl-D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ), kaempferol 3- O- ( 6^”-O-E-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), apigenin 7-0- (3^”-O-E-p-coumamyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), kaempferol 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (4), tricin (5), quercetin 3- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), quercetin 3- O-β-D-galactopyranoside (7), 7α-hydrositosterol (8), (22 E, 24R)-24- methyl-5α-cholesta-7,22-diene-3β, 5,6β-triol (9), β-indole carboxylic acid (10), thymine ( 11 ), adenosine (12), uracil (13), uridine (14), and syringin (15), respectively. Conclusion: All of the fifteen compounds were obtained from the plant for the first time.
