山仙颗粒联合化疗治疗消化道癌临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Effect of Shanxian Granule and Chemotherapy in Patients with Digestion Tract Cancer

目的观察山仙颗粒联合化疗治疗消化道癌的减毒增效作用。方法将92例中晚期消化道癌患者随机分为两组:山仙颗粒加化疗组(A组、50例),单纯化疗组(B组、42例)。两组均完成四个周期化疗。观察各组患者近期疗效、血象、细胞免疫功能及血液流变学指标变化。结果除A组淋巴细胞外,两组治疗前后血象指标变化有显著差异(P<0.01),B组下降更明显;CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8及NK细胞活性A组治疗前后差异无显著性(P>0.05),B组差异有显著性(P<0.05);治疗后全血比粘度(ηb)、血浆比粘度(ηp)、纤维蛋白原(Fg)A组降低,B组升高,血浆组织型纤溶酶原活化剂活性(t-PA:A)A组升高,B组降低,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论山仙颗粒可以通过保护骨髓、提高机体免疫力、降低血液高凝状态,在化疗中起到减毒增效作用。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shanxian granule （SXG） and Chemotherapy in toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing in patients with with digestion tract cancer. Methods 92 patients of mid- late stage digestion tract cancer were randomly divided into two groups： 50 patients in Group A treated with SXG and chemotherapy, 42 patients in Group B treated only with chemotherapy. Both of A and B groups were completed 4 courses of chemotherapy . The short - term effect of treatment, changes of blool picture, cell mediated immune function and hemorrheology were observed. Results Except the lymphocyte in Group A, the changes of blool picture have significant difference between before and after treatment in both groups （ P〈 0.01）, and Group B lowered more ; T- lymphocyte subsets CD3, CD4, and CD4/CDs ratio, NK- cellular activity had unchanged in Group A before and after treat- ment, the difference was insignificant （P 〉0.05）. While in Group B, the difference were significant （P 〈 0.05） ; After treatment, η/b, η/p, Fg, decreased in Group A, while increased in Group B, and t- PA：A ratio increased in Group A, decreased in Group B, the differences between the two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion During the course of chemotherapy, SXG could protect the bone marrow, raise the immune function, lower the high blool coagulant condition, which displays the effects of toxicity reducing and efficacy enhancing in patients with digestion tract cancer.
