性病恐惧症的心理分析研究

Analysis of Sexually Transmitted Disease Venereophobia

目的探讨性病恐惧症患者的心理状况。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评72名性病恐惧症患者的心理状况并与健康人作对照研究。结果性病恐惧症患者有36.11%存在不同程度的心理问题。阳性因子从高到低是焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、恐怖、精神病性。结论重视性病恐惧症患者的心理状况对疾病的影响,针对不同状况的患者采取针对性的心理治疗和相应的心理护理,以利于疾病的恢复。

Objective To study the psychological characteristics of sexually transmitted disease （ STD ） venereophobia and its diagndsis and treatment. Methods The psychological features of STD phobia in 72 patients were assessed by SCL - 90. Results 36.11 % （26/72）of $313 phobia patients had mental problems in varying degrees： the positive factors were ranked in the sequence of anxiety, depression, somatization, horrorand psychosis. Conclusion The effects of psychological states of patients with sexually transmitted disease phobia should be attached great importance to and corresponding mental nursing measures should be taken based on different patients＇ states for benefits of disease healing.
