高频电火花水针疗法对兔膝骨关节炎氧自由基代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察高频电火花水针疗法对家兔骨关节炎滑膜组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)的影响,探讨其治疗膝骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)的机制。方法:应用关节制动的方法复制OA模型,18只造模成功的中国家兔,随机分为高频电火花水针组(A组)、水针组(B组)和手法组(C组),A组用高频电火花水针加手法治疗,B组水针加手法治疗,C组仅予以手法治疗。1次/3d,疗程为1月。检测滑膜组织中SOD和MDA的含量。结果:A、B组滑膜组织中SOD、MDA水平与C组相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05),但A、B2组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:高频电火花水针疗法和水针疗法能提高OA滑膜组织中SOD活力,减少MDA含量,通过抗氧自由基代谢治疗膝骨性关节炎。 Objective:To study the effects of Drug Electric Acupotomy therapy on Metabolism of oxygen-derived free radidicals in rabbit with Osteoarthritis (OA),and investigate its mechanism of treating OA. Methods:The rabbit OA model was established by immobilizing in full extension for up to six weeks. Eighteen rabbits were randomly divided into the DEA group (treated with DEA),the acupotomy group (treated with acupotomy) and the control group (treated with manipulation alone). The treatment was applied once every three days for one month as a course. The content of SOD and MDA in synovium was detected after treatment. Results:Comparison of SOD and MDA content in the A,B,and C showed statistical significant difference (P<0.05),but there was few difference between group A and group B (P>0.05).Conclusions:Drug Electric Acupotomy therapy and Acupotomy matching drug can significantly increase the level of SOD and reduce the level of MDA in synovium so as to achieve the therapeutic effect.
