摘要
归纳总结装配尺寸链在机械产品设计、制造和维修过程中的合理应用。针对保证装配精度的不同方法,指出在机械产品设计中用装配尺寸链确定组成环尺寸公差时应注意的问题,用实例说明了在机械产品的装配、修配及维修过程中尺寸链的分析方法。
This paper summarizes the rational application of assembly dimension chain in mechanical product design, manufacturing and maintenance process. In the case of different methods for ensuring the assembly accuracy, some problems should be paid attention to when ascertaining composed link dimension tolerance by using assembly dimension chain. It also illustrates the analysis methods of dimension link in the process of adjustment, repairing, maintenance of machinery products.
