纳米铁电PZT膜晶粒粗化动力学研究

Kinetics of Grain Coarsening in Nano-grained PZT Ferroelectric Ceramic Film

摘要 用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Pb(Zr0.45Ti0.55)O3铁电薄膜,通过控制不同的退火温度,可以得到不同晶粒大小的薄膜样品。样品的晶粒大小主要与晶界推移过程有关,晶粒粗化的激活能为0.77 eV。 Nano - grained Pb （Zr0.45 Ti0.55 ） O3 ferroelectric ceramic film is synthesized by using Sol - Gel method. The samples with different grain size are obtained by annealing at different temperature for 5 minutes. The size of the grain sample is closely related to the process of movement of grain edge. The activation energy of coarsening is 0.77eV.
