摘要
通过分析建筑企业人员素质的现状,研究了提高建筑企业核心竞争力与人力资源培训之间的密切关系,提出了技术培训是提升企业核心竞争力的重要观点,指出了目前建筑企业技术培训中存在的问题和提高培训效果的措施和建议,有利于建筑企业迅速提升核心竞争力。
By analyzing the status of quality of employees in construction enterprises and studying the close relationship between enhancement of core competence of the enterprises and personnel training, this paper puts forward that technical training can enhance core competence of construction enterprises, and points out the problems in technical training as well as suggestions to improve the training effect, which contributes to enhancing core competence of construction enterprises.
