预制混凝土楼板建筑连续跨塌控制

摘要 预制混凝土楼板建筑,是我国多层住宅建筑的重要结构体系,其倒塌事故往往造成重大人员伤亡和财产损失。现有预制混凝土楼板住宅建筑倒塌事故的时有发生,除设计、施工错误等原因外,结构体系不合理是重要原因。通过事故案例分析和预制混凝土楼板水平构件与砌体建筑竖向墙体整体性能比较研究,提出隔层设置现浇楼板建议,从而改善预制混凝土楼板住宅建筑的整体性能,提高其防灾、抗灾能力。 Building with prefabricated concrete deck is the important structural system of the multi - layer residential housing in our country. Its collapse often causes great injuries and deaths and property loss. Collapse of residential building with prefabricated concrete deck happens sometimes, which is partially caused by the design and operation mistakes, and partially by the unreasonable structural system. This paper puts forward that cast - in - place deck can be set up every other floor to improve the holistic performance of residential building with prefabricated concrete deck through case analysis of the accident and comparative study of the horizontal component of prefabricated concrete deck and the vertical wall of body building. Therefore , the building can be better protected against natural calamities.
