非物质文化遗产与物质文化遗产，其本体及价值主体既有明显区别，又有紧密的联系。非物质文化遗产的本体及价值主体是非物质性的，但常以物质性的方式出现。与物质文化遗产相比较，非物质文化遗产与人的关系更密切，其发展过程中的演变也更加剧烈。论文针对以上特征，阐明两者之间的区别与联系，结合陕西凤翔泥塑的制作过程与其建筑环境间的联系，揭示其相互依托关系，并对与凤翔泥塑相关的非物质性与物质性文化遗产的保护提出建议。
