摘要
本文探讨了SPC应用于光电产品研制过程中的必要性,从44所的实际出发提出了有效实施SPC,应重点做好实施计划、人员培训、技术支持三方面的工作。
the necessity of applying SPC in the manufacture of optoelectronics products is discussed. As for the present situations of NO.44 Research Institute, to implement SPC effectively, three aspects including practical play, personnel training and technical support should be paid great attention to.
