摘要
SMD9401型丝绒轧花机的开发，填补了阔幅丝绒轧花设备的空白。文中通过对几种旋转辊筒加热系统的比较和分析，确定了具体设计方法，介绍了系统的方块图及其调节系统的特点及使用效果。
The newly-developed Velvet Embossing Machine SMD9401 bridges the gap of embossing equipment for broad velvet. The author makes some comparative analyses on several rotary drum heating systems so as to find out a practical method to design the system. Moreover, the system's block diagram and the feature and application of related regulating system are presented.
