论不同教育管理方式下政府与学校的关系

On the Relation between the Government and Schools under the Different Educational Management Styles

政府与学校的关系是国家与教育关系的具体化,直接受行政管理体制的影响,所以在不同的教育管理方式下,二者之间的关系是迥然不同的,体现在教育行政机构、办学自主权、公共教育资源、教学管理、教育责任等方面具有不同的特点。研究分析政府与学校的关系,能更好地发挥政府在教育生活中依法履行的职责及其所应有的功能,以促进学校的发展。

The relation between the government and the schools is the embodiment of the relation between the state and its education, directly influenced by the administration management system, and therefore, the relation will be quite different under the different styles of educational management. The different relations are incarnated in the different characteristics of educational administrative institution, independent fight of running schools, public education resources, educational management, education responsibilities and so on. To study and analyze this relation can effectively make the government implement their responsibilities and functions by law , and thus to promote the development of schools.
