With the rising of Green Storage conception, the improvement of chemical control and the search for substitutes become the deep concern in stored grain insect control research area. Low oxygen disinfestation technology is concerned naturally because of its zero-residual property. This paper summarizes the history, application and research status of this technique, which will be referred in the development of low oxygen disinfestation technology in domestic.
