从20世纪80年代初温铁军等学者提出“三农问题”．到2005年10月中央一号文件正式提出建设社会主义新农村．乡村建设从认识到实践乃至政策都有了长足的发展。回视近年来的新农村建设．多数状况是乡村改造（建设）成城市．本质是从模拟城市出发的改造（建设）．而乡土社会的优势却没有受到重视。这应该是源于当代乡村“向城求生”的现代化诉求．是进城民工对于城市生活的体验与描摹。
