Controversies in the Treatment of Asymptomatic Carotid Stenosis
摘要
对有症状颈动脉狭窄患者的外科治疗，包括颈动脉内膜切除术和支架置入术治疗，以预防缺血性卒中的发生或复发，业已取得较为肯定的结论。但这些结论作为无症状颈动脉狭窄患者的预防策略是否适当，以及这些干预治疗如何在风险一效益和成本一效益上进行平衡，目前还存在许多争论。
